Reunion Station Lounge Details Revealed

Reunion Station

DVCinfo has confirmed details about the previously announced Reunion Station Lounge at Wilderness Lodge, opening in early 2018.  The multi-purpose space will be exclusive for DVC Members, offering the opportunity to book concierge food and beverage services, unique paid experiences like wine tasting and classes, and a place for DVC Members to relax.

Concierge Food and Beverage Services

Concierge food and beverage services will be available for DVC Members to purchase for the length of their stay at either Boulder Ridge or Copper Creek Villas.  Prices are $50 a night for adults and $33 a night for kids age 3-9. Please note that this option is only available for the entire length of stay for every person listed on the resort reservation.

Concierge food and beverage services will  include pastries, fruits, cereals, juices, and more from 7 AM – 10 AM, and wine, beer, cheeses, salads, soups, and desserts  from 4 PM – 6 PM.  Crudités will also be available, which are traditional French appetizers consisting of sliced or whole raw vegetables which are typically dipped in a vinaigrette or other dipping sauces.

Special Events

From 11 AM – 3 PM daily, Reunion Station will host special paid experiences ranging from beverage tastings to taking photos. You do not need to have purchased the concierge food and beverage add-on option to participate in these events.

Complimentary DVC Member Mingle

From 7 PM – 10 PM Reunion Station will be open for a complimentary DVC Member mix and mingle.

Member Eligibility

Given Reunion Station is a Commercial Element of Wilderness Lodge, the paid concierge food and beverage services and special events will likely be available for all DVC Members staying at Wilderness Lodge to purchase.  As a comparison, Top of the World Lounge, which is a Commercial Element of Bay Lake Tower is available for all DVC Members to enjoy.

However it is not clear whether the complimentary Member Mixer will be available to DVC Members who have only purchased DVC interests resale   on or after April 4, 2016 and DVC Members who have purchased fewer than 75 points direct after February 25, 2018, neither of which are not eligible for Membership Extras.  As a comparison, the complimentary DVC Member Lounge at Epcot is only available to resale purchasers prior to April 4, 2016 and direct purchases of more 75 points after February 25, 2018.

  1. Way too expensive for what’s on offer. Not surprised unfortunately. $50 plus tax a night for kids who cannot drink alcohol as well? DVD is having a laugh.
