Each DVC resort operates as a timeshare condominium, with a condominium association. The condominium associations meet once a year and approve a set of standard resolutions – one of which is to adopt the proposed estimated annual operating and reserves budgets.
Every member of the condominium association’s Board of Directors is a Disney employee. Disney Vacation Development is your voting representative. Disney has full control over the associations and the members themselves don’t get to vote.
