Please take the room size as averages, as room sizes vary, and DVC has published different figures over the years. As a resort gets refurbished, DVC can modify the occupancy limits on the rooms. On some resorts, the “Sleeps” column may include s guest that can be accommodated, but please note that no additional bedding, linens or towels will be provided.

Studios
1-Bedroom
BWV, VWL, BCV and SSR 1-BR units sleep 4. A 5th guest can be accommodated, but please note that NO ADDITIONAL BEDDING, LINENS OR TOWELS WILL BE PROVIDED. AKV Value 1-BR units can only accommodate 4.
2-Bedroom
A dedicated 2-bedroom cannot be subdivided, while a 2-bedroom “lock-off” can either be booked as a 2-bedroom, or as a 1-bedroom and a studio.
