Do we know how many Grand Villas will be available?
Since they haven’t declared all the floors yet, we can’t be sure. It will likely be 6.
What are the total number of rooms, by size (i.e. studio, 1br, 2br, GV, Cabins), that will be included in CCV?
We expect 184 “units”, although since Disney has only declared 48 units, we can only guess at the breakdown. Likely 50+ studios, 50+ one bedroom, 100+ two bedroom, 6 Grand Villas, and 26 cabins.
Bill, a breakdown by floor, based on extrapolating the available floor plans (5th and 7th floor) is located here:

A site plan based on an extrapolation of the floors that have been declared (5th and 7th floor) and the previous Wilderness Lodge floor plan currently indicates:
• 13 Dedicated Deluxe Studios
• 17 Dedicated One Bedroom Villas
• 40 Two Bedroom Lock-Offs (which can be alternately booked as 40 Deluxe Studios and 40 One Bedroom Villas)
• 71 Dedicated Two Bedroom Villas
• 6 Three Bedroom Grand Villas
• 26 Cascade Cabins
Total: 174
Note 174 is less than the 184 units we know exist. The difference is likely going to be due to slight variations in floor plans on the remaining floors which haven’t been declared to DVC to sell yet. E.g. 6 Deluxe Studios could take the place of 3 Two Bedroom Villas on one of the floors, and/or a Two Bedroom Lock-Off could be replaced with a Dedicated Deluxe Studio and Dedicated One Bedroom (DVC considers Two Bedroom Lock-Offs to be one “unit”).

Interesting that the points for a week in a 2BR at Boulder Ridge and at Copper Creek are the same for Adventure Season (that’s all I checked).
They are identical across the board for all the Villas (Studio, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom, and Three Bedroom), making Copper Creek Villas Point Chart 25% lower on average than Standard accommodations at Polynesian Villas and Bungalows or Villas at Grand Floridian:

They are identical across the board for equivalent accommodations, making Copper Creek Villas and Cabins 25% lower Point Chart on average compared to both Standard accommodations at Polynesian Villas and Bungalows and Villas at Grand Floridian:

When will existing members be able to book as a non-home resort? Will booking be made available at 7 month mark following the release to new owners in April?
